HOW TO QUIT SMOKING

Smoking is a practice in which substance, most commonly tobacco burned and the smoke is tasted or inhaled. The most common practice today is cigarette smoking. Other ways are cigar, bidis, pepes etc. Smoking affects people who smoke as well as people in surrounding environments. Smoking is one of the major causes of mouth cancer and lung cancer. To avoid such nuisance disease the best way is to stop smoking. Alot of people ask  how to stop smoking ?

There are several ways to stop smoking. Here are some easy ways to quit smoking.


1)One of the powerful ways to quit smoking is to realize smoker that smoking keeps him away from his loved ones. 


2)Another best way is tell them the facts that what their smoking does to him. It is not up to this but care also needed after quitting the smoking.

3)Go to a rehabilitation center.


4)Use any alternative that is not harmful.




After the person quits smoking, he may feel restless, have severe headaches or dizzy because he is lacking the immediate sugar release coming from nicotine. He may have an increased appetite. 




These cravings for sugar should only stay for some days until the body can adjust so keep the sugar levels higher than usual. It helps reduce the symptoms for craving and help the body adjust to the normal conditions.
